My name is Katrina Maccalous. My mission is to foster an environment where learning is not only effective but also enjoyable and meaningful. I am an instructional leader at the PK-12 level in curriculum & instruction and instructional coaching, as well as the proud mother to three wonderfully spirited children.

In addition to my work as an educator, I am also a life-long learner. I earned my Doctorate in School Improvement from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2024, in addition to my MS in Teaching & Learning, with a specialization in Teacher Leadership. I have served as an elementary teacher in both Texas and Colorado, with experience both in early, foundational learning and standardized testing levels.
